ORDER PROCESSING
All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible. Please make sure to give us accurate contact info so we can keep you updated if there is an issue with your order.
SHIPPING INFO
Currently we only ship to the US. However, in 2021, we will add some limited International shipping. For our domestic shipments, we offer First Class USPS when the weight is below 13 oz. We also offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express.
Based on the USPS website, below is an overview of the transit times:
First Class Mail
3-5 business after your package has been picked up.
Priority Mail
1-3 business days after your package has been picked up.
Priority Mail Express
1-2 days after your package has been picked up.
You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as we print your label. Once USPS picks up your package, you will be able to get tracking updates.
You will also receive an email when your package is delivered.

FAQ
What's included in my package?
All Slime packages come with your selected slimes, a slime care card, Borax and a few treats. Larger orders will get some extra goodies!
Can I cancel my order?
We can't cancel your order after it has been placed because it may be in production. Please be sure you have permission from your parents to order on the site.
Can I change my address?
If your order shows tracking, it is too late to update your address. However, you can contact USPS to redirect it. Call them at 800-275-8777. Please have you tracking number ready for them.
Why was my package sent back to you?
It was probably because of an address issue. Once we receive the package, you will be refunded for the slimes. However, you will not be refunded for the shipping charge.
My package shows delivered but I did not receive it?
If your package has shipped and USPS officially claimed delivery, you will need to contact USPS. Call them at 800-275-8777. Please have you tracking number ready for them.
What are you doing to be eco aware?
We are working towards all environmentally safe packaging -
We use cellophane tape which is a pure cellulose transparent tape and is biodegradable.
Our plastic bags are made of plant starch.
We use a cushion wrap made of paper instead of plastic bubble wrap for our packing.
We are making the switch to using boxes for all shipping and will discontiue the use of bubble mailers in 2021.
We offer bracelets, hair clamps and will soon be offering bookmarks and key chains to make the charms reusable.
Please reuse what you can ( fishbowl beads, charms, comtainers, packaging, etc... and recycle the rest!
We are always looking for ways our brand can be eco friendly but, it's gonna take both of us. Remember, there is no Planet B.
Why is my slime sticky?
It is normal for slime to become sticky in transit. Check out our slime care page on this site. Also, each order comes with a slime care card and activator.
